Hope you’ve had a nice week.

There are quite a lot of new things to talk about this week mostly centred around new UK veg.

Passion4Plants have added a few bags of their new mixed salad bags which are available as an add on here. 

Most of the UK additions centre around what is going into the UK only box, so all are very limited at this stage. 
There are aubergines and cucumbers in some boxes, as well as green artichoke, kohlrabi, lettuces, coriander and cherry tomatoes, all which are available as swaps and are home grown!

Ginger is back in stock and lemons have been flying off the shelves in the last few weeks. They are tasting great right now and for anybody who wants to know, the current lemon variety we are on is verna. 

From across Europe you can expect aubergines, broccoli, courgette, red peppers, padron peppers, celery, mini snack cucumbers and mini plum tomatoes. 

Herbs next week include flat parsley and the aforementioned coriander.

And for fruit there are a couple of mini watermelons in the fridge from last week as well as the smaller galia melons in boxes and available as swaps. Nectarines have come down in price and are tasting great right now, there are also a good number available next week. You’ll find plenty of apricots in most boxes along with Italian jongaprince red apples.
