When will my veg box be delivered?
We deliver our veg boxes every Tuesday and Thursday.

I’m a new customer, when will my first veg box be delivered?
Your delivery date will be displayed in your basket. If you sign up before Thursday, your delivery will be the next Tuesday or Thursday. If you sign up after Thursday then it's likely your first delivery will be pushed back a week, this is because we have already placed our wholesale order and cannot amend it. If we have spare veg, we might be able to bring your first delivery forward, just drop us a message.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver our boxes around the Leeds area. Specific delivery information can be found on the Delivery Information page on our website. If you live just outside this area or would like deliveries to your area, feel free to email us on [email protected] and we’ll see what we can do.
Do I need to be home for my delivery?
No, at the checkout, please add a delivery note on your account with instructions where to leave your box. If you are not home, we’ll leave it there and send you a message via whatsapp to let you know.
In the summer, if you are not going to be home, please leave a cool box on hot days.
If your order includes bread, we highly recommend an airtight container to stop ants getting to it.
Veg Boxes
Where does your veg come from?
We work with the European seasons. Nothing in your veg box will ever be air freighted, products are only available when they are in season for us. During the UK growing season we fill our boxes with as much UK produce as possible. We always try to work with local farmers when we can in the first instance, then we look further afield.
Is all your produce organic?
The majority of our produce is organically certified however, some of our smaller market gardens are not organic certified but still use organic farming principles.
Can I choose what goes in my box?
You can swap up to 2 items out of your box, using the swap symbol to the left of the box contents when the box is in your basket.
Can I return my box?
As all our produce is fresh, we cannot accept returns. However, if you are ever not happy with anything in your box, send us an email on [email protected] and we’ll try our best to sort it out for you.
