About our White Sourdough


Classic wheat and rye sourdough, slowly fermented to increase complexity of flavour. Versatile loaf with a crisp caramel crust and mild creamy tang. Best used fresh in sandwiches or as a side with soup, it is great toasted and keeps well for up to four days. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Ingredients: Wheat, rye, salt. May contain trace amounts of mustard.
