Sweet, succulent shoots with a fresh pea flavour.  As well as useful as a garnish, they taste great when tossed into salads, wilted into hot dishes or whizzed into smoothies.  Best kept in the fridge and consumed within a couple of day.

Micro Greens

10 leaves of this versatile herb with big shiny, oval green leaves full of aromatic flavour. Combine with thyme and parsley for a beautiful bouquet garni for stews and roasts.  Or use in Mediterranean and Italian dishes, particularly spag bol! Always add at the start of the cooking process and wash before use.

Bay Leaves

A delicious blend of three malts (wheat, barley, rye), wholemeal and white wheat flour. Crusty and with a soft, open, chewy crumb. The malts and wholemeal provide extra flavour and sweetness making this loaf a great partner for rich savoury stews and tangy cheese.

Malthouse Sourdough

From Leeds Bread Co-op

A wheat and rye sourdough combined with soaked linseed, toasted sesame, and toasted sunflower seeds. The toasted seeds give the loaf a rich flavor and nutty aroma. Keeps well thanks to the addition of the linseed soaker. Best used fresh in sandwiches, keeps well and great for toasting for up to four days.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients: Wheat, rye, linseed, sesame seed, sunflower seed and salt.

Seedy Sourdough

Classic wheat and rye sourdough, slowly fermented to increase complexity of flavour. Versatile loaf with a crisp caramel crust and mild creamy tang. Best used fresh in sandwiches or as a side with soup, it is great toasted and keeps well for up to four days.

Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients: Wheat, rye, salt.
May contain trace amounts of mustard.

White Sourdough

A dark and naturally malty sourdough containing stoneground wholemeal flour from Yorkshire Organic Millers. Stoneground flour improves the nutrition and flavour profile of the bread.
To best enjoy the exceptional flavour of the Yorkshire-grown grain, serve simply.

Yorkshire Wholemeal Sourdough

A German-style sourdough made with a mix of rye flours, cracked rye grain, a rye starter and sunflower seeds. Keeps well and improves as it ages. Perfect served thinly sliced with goats cheese, meats, and pickles.
Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.

Ingredients: Rye, sunflower seeds, salt.
Produced in a bakery which uses wheat.

Vollkornbrot

Our take on a traditional baguette, made with French T55 flour* using a traditional French preferment technique.

*Please note the T55 flour used in our baguettes is not organic.

An Italian classic with a delicious contrast between dark crust and pale, open crumb. The light texture and flavour of this 100% white wheat loaf make it a great vehicle for flavour. A great base for bruschetta or a savoury sandwich. Also available as a Ciabatta Roll.

An extremely delicious and versatile gourmet mushroom that can be pan-fried until golden for a deep and rich mushroom flavor. Perfect for pastas, risottos… or just on toast with some garlic and thyme. Substitute the grey oyster into any of your favorite mushroom dishes.
