About our Vollkornbrot


A German-style sourdough made with a mix of rye flours, cracked rye grain, a rye starter and sunflower seeds. Keeps well and improves as it ages. Perfect served thinly sliced with goats cheese, meats, and pickles. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Ingredients: Rye, sunflower seeds, salt. Produced in a bakery which uses wheat.
