An Italian classic with a delicious contrast between dark crust and pale, open crumb. The light texture and flavour of this 100% white wheat loaf make it a great vehicle for flavour. A great base for bruschetta or a savoury sandwich. Also available as a Ciabatta Roll. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Ingredients: Wheat, baker’s yeast, salt.
