Tremains Organic is a cheddar-style hard cheese that is named after the Farm where we make our cheeses. This award winning cheese is made as a 4kg wheel and is matured for over six months. Tremains cheese has a firm, creamy texture and a delicious bite, with a medium to strong traditional cheddar flavour.
