A delicious cow’s milk cheese made using the curd washed process, which removes all the whey during making.

It has very buttery texture and melts extremely well, making Saint Giles a great cheese to cook with.

Saint Giles is named after the Church in Horsted Keynes, where the Dairy is based.

Winner of a gold British cheese awards and two bronze British cheese awards.
