Hello, happy 1st December!

I was cruising into Christmas this year thinking this swanky website would sort everything out for me until I noticed something wasn't doing what I expected. I queried it with the website guys and I was told that some wording sent back in October was wrong and the website can't do what I was expecting it to be able to do.

So I've spent the last two days trying to manipulate the website to work in a way that I need it to so we can have all have a jolly old Christmas. I think I have succeeded but probably at a cost to the customer shopping experience.

So this little bulletin with mainly consist of how everything will work for Christmas.
I will also be sending this via email. Please do read these as I have next to no wiggle room for any flexibility to help make any last minute amendments.

Regular customers bread deliveries for w/c 19th December.

Leeds Bread Co-op have brought their cut off time forward by a week for Christmas so for the w/c 19th ONLY bread orders will operate differently. 

If you require a bread order with your regular veg box delivery for the w/c 19th you MUST add a product from this page to your basket before 4pm 8th December.

If you do not add bread to your order for w/c 19th using the link above, you will not get any bread in your order.
You do not have to amend your regular order. Your regular bread order will continue as normal after Christmas.

Unfortunately you cannot amend your bread for w/c 19th after the 8th December, whatever is in your basket at 4pm on the 8th Dec will be made to order for you and will be delivered on the w/c 19th with your usual order.

All Christmas orders will be delivered on the 22nd December.

Cut off for items from Leeds Bread Coop is Friday 4pm 8th December.
Cut off for everything else is Monday 9pm 11th December.

You cannot amend your order after these dates, whatever is in your basket will become your order for Christmas.
If you order does not include a veg box, there is a minimum spend of £20 to enable delivery. If you order includes a veg box there is no minimum spend.

All you have to do is add items to your basket before the above deadlines to secure your order, you do not need to checkout. 
Your order will be processed on the w/c 19th December.

Please note - all items from the Christmas sectionon our website will be delivered on the 22nd separately to your regular deliveries. Please ignore website communications around delivery dates/cut off times as this is a slight limitation of the current website which is built around our regular delivery days and cut off times.

All items added to your basket for the Christmas delivery will go in the bottom of your basket in the 'pre order' section.
