Hope you are having a nice week.

A quick note on holidays - the last two weeks I am getting an increasing amount of leftover veg through people booking last minute holidays. Please log into your account and go to the holiday section to book any holidays you have planned for this summer. 

The boxes next week are looking particularly nice and British. There are more and more things popping up all the time.

New British items this week include bunched beetroot, carrots, broad beans, kohlrabi, kale and cherry vine tomatoes. That’s alongside British broccoli, chestnut mushrooms, lettuces and cucumbers. 

In fact the only veg we are leaning on Europe for are onions, aubergines, courgette, cucumbers and sweet potatoes. This trend will continue more and more until basically all the boxes are made up of 100% UK veg.

Looking forward, UK green beans are expected to start next week, followed shortly by UK berries (not sure how much I'll dabble in these though). Expect cabbages, chards, spinach and caulis all from North Yorkshire coming soon.

Passion4Plants have added some new potatoes for us this week along with some incredibly limited salad leaves.
Ed has got loads of oyster mushrooms next week, they are now coming through pink and grey.

Fruit next week looks exciting with our first grapes, cherries and 3 types of melon available - canary, galia and mini watermelons.
