Hello

For the next box at the time of writing this, the forecast actually looks quite nice. So for the one week of summer I’ve tried to give myself a few less headaches and opted for mostly non wilting veg.

There is a fantastic range of stuff this week though including 3 types of Leeds grown tomatoes, some summer squash, some fancy potatoes, English grown plums, the first English apples of the year and Leeds grown blackberries! 

Passion4Plants have come up trumps again adding 6 new products to their range this week which means there are 11 varieties of Leeds grown veg/fruit on offer next week.

• Microgreens
• NEW - Thermidrome garlic
• Cherry tomatoes
• NEW - Salad tomatoes - Red Cherry

• Hot wax hungarian chillies
• NEW - Pink fir apple potatoes
• NEW - Blackberries 

On top of all that goodness I've bagged us the first UK apples of the year (discovery apples) and some UK victoria plums.

And finally, a young chap from Leeds Uni has asked me to distribute a survey he is conducting into green spaces and rooftop gardens in Leeds as he's struggling to find people to fill in his survey. If you've got two minutes then here is the link.
