Hello,
Hope you’ve all had a good week.
There's no changes to deliveries next week due to the bank holiday weekend, expect your boxes at your usual times!
There are a few new coffees available this week including a single origin Honduras called comsa, a special spring blend with notes of milk chocolate/hot cross buns and a Colombian decaf.
Butter is back in stock and now available to add to your basket fortnightly or weekly as well as one off.
There are a couple of award winning organic cheeses up for grabs, both very limited. Devil’s Rock Blue Cheese from Todmorden and Ashdown Foresters cheese.
Veg News
The UK offering stays fairly similar this week as we head towards the hunger gap, although Passion4Plants have added a few items for us, as ever with Passion4Plants these items are very limited.
These include..
Red russian kale
Forced rhubarb (already sold out)
Chives (living herb pot)
There are 3 types of mushrooms in boxes and available as extras - portobello, chestnuts and Leeds grown oysters (which you can now subscribe to).
Elsewhere from the UK there are leeks, white cabbage and some North Yorkshire grown purple sprouting broccoli.
From across Europe there are quite a few medium sized hass avos up for grabs, vine tomatoes in most boxes and both green and yellow peppers.
Fruit this week includes a new apple variety from Uni-Vert cooperative in France called dalinette, some gold kiwis in fruit boxes, smaller late lane oranges and elliot pears.
Have a great Easter
Thanks
Sam
