East Lee is an individual waxed cheese. Made to an original Pextenement Farm recipe dating back to 1920.
It's a young cheese with a taste similar to Lancashire / Cheshire cheese.
The Cheese is certified Organic through Organic Farmers and Growers.
Ingredients: Pasteurised Organic Cows Milk*, Additive Free Salt, Vegetarian Rennet, Starter Cultures.
