About our Malthouse Sourdough


A delicious blend of three malts (wheat, barley, rye), wholemeal and white wheat flour. Crusty and with a soft, open, chewy crumb. The malts and wholemeal provide extra flavour and sweetness making this loaf a great partner for rich savoury stews and tangy cheese. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans. Ingredients: Wheat, barley, rye, salt.
